TAKING THE PRESSURE OFF........

FEELING ANXIOUS?
Anxiety is part of normal human experience. We all know what it feels like to be anxious and it can be a beneficial experience as it can help us to prepare for something. Or to take more care than we otherwise might.

But for some people, moments of anxiety aren't isolated and rare - instead anxiety is a constant and dominating force that severely disrupts the quality and enjoyment of their lives and goes far beyond occasional nervousness.
If you have unexpected or unpredictable periods of extreme anxiety, with symptoms such as rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, trembling, sweating, nausea and dizziness, maybe vision disturbance and altered speech patterns, then you are experiencing panic attacks.
Some victims feel they are losing their minds or are about to die, and have a fear of impending doom or loss of control. Physically they may have chest pain or smothering sensations, feel flushed or chilled and hands may tingle or feel numb, overlaid with a sense of unreality. Many become so worried about subsequent episodes that they make major changes in their behaviour, shunning situations that they believe could prompt the panic. Others are unaware of what triggers their anxiety and suffering.

PANIC DISORDER
These are unpredictable feelings of terror that strike suddenly and repeatedly without warning. Many sufferers develop intense anxiety between episodes, worrying about where and when the next one will strike. While most attacks average a couple of minutes, occasionally they can go on for up to 10 minutes. In rare cases, they may last an hour or more. In between times, there can be a persistent, lingering worry that another attack could come any minute.

P.S.H. offers relief, using a number of different hypnotic approaches in the treatment of these conditions. This means you can relax and stop trying to fix or change yourself with conscious effort.

Taking the pressure off - that's the main message.
