What is P.S.H.?
P.S.H. is aimed specifically at resolving the original
subconscious cause of a presenting problem,
without the client or the therapist needing to be
consciously aware of what the problem is -
eliminating it permanently rather than merely
helping the client to cope with symptoms.
The difference between P.S.H. and other approaches
is that it is totally non-invasive, which means clients
do not need to relive traumatic experiences.
Nor does the therapist delve into a client’s inner mind.
What is the subconscious mind?
The subconscious or “inner” mind is that more
intuitive, creative part of us that holds the key to all of our life experiences.
It’s the part that is in control of all our emotional
feelings, our creative drives and our ability to
meditate and dream. It allows us to walk along the
street, dance or drive a car safely, while our conscious
mind is miles away and thinking about something
entirely different. P.S.H. works with this part of the mind to activate natural healing processes and bring the desired changes into a person’s life.
The subconscious mind is neither “good” nor “bad”:
it simply IS. It takes care of us and protects us and gives us the ability to be “human”.
That means being sad or unhealthy, as well as
happy and healthy. |
